A novel approach to meeting customers’ storage needs has become commoner recently: that is mobile self storage. The storage company will deliver a storage unit of the desired size to your property and then hen it has been filled, take it away to the desired location and then redeliver it either back to the same place or to a new location. Alternatively a cheaper option if there is enough space in the yard is for the mobile storage unit to remain here it is and for the items in question to be stored immediately outside the home. They will be just as secure there as they would be at a specialised location: the locks and security should be foolproof. It may not add to the beauty of your home to have a large industrial type container sitting in the front yard. But it may be highly convenient in some situations.
If you are repairing or decorating your home and the storage is only needed for a very temporary period, then there is no great harm in having a blot on the landscape of your yard for a few weeks. And there is no point in paying extra for storage at another site. Further you will have complete ease and freedom of access to your belongings in case you have an unexpected need to find something that you have put away.
In other situations like moving house it can also be highly convenient to have the storage unit loaded up at your old place, then taken away for the required length of time and subsequently delivered to order at your new address. In this latter case you should consider using a company describing itself as a removal company, which will not readily provide access but which can often offer a very good deal financially.
